The controversial ex-NFL wide receiver Antonio Brown has had strong animosity towards his former quarterback. Tom Brady . However, he seemed to choose the moral high ground during a recent podcast appearance.

Brown and Brady were short-term teammates on the New England Patriots prior to reuniting at Tampa Bay and claiming victory Super Bowl title.

However, they have not been on good terms since Brown had a meltdown during a match against the New York Jets Where he lost control on the side lines and took nearly all of his equipment off.

Allegedly, Brady sent a message to Brown via text following the incident, stating, "Your actions are showcasing extremely bad judgment and miscommunication to numerous individuals who have strived exceedingly hard to assist you."

Following that, Brown initiated several attacks towards Brady — which included allegations of him being an inadequate parent and suggesting that Brown had an affair with the quarterback's former spouse. Gisele Bundchen .

However, during a recent livestream with Adin Ross, Brown was once more questioned about her relationship with Bundchen.

Brown barely managed to contain his laughter before replying, "I've already jumped over that one."

Although it was an uncomfortable conclusion to the matter, this followed Brown apologizing to Brady on social media in the previous year.

Brown posted about a phone conversation he had with Brady on his X account, where he extended an apology to the seven-time Super Bowl winner.

"You aided my success. You picked me up when I was down, champ. Assisted me in becoming a champion. Enabled me to be part of something extraordinary, seeing your leadership and personal excellence. I always valued these moments, buddy," stated the ex-wide receiver.

He stated, "I can’t go on without making sure you understand this as a fellow human being. I have nothing but the highest regard for you, and I am seeking your pardon."

Brady has never made any public statements regarding Brown's comments.
