Hall first shared the video back in February when he mentioned that his new morning routine from 3:50 am to 9:30 am "transformed my life."
The content creator, boasting over 8.7 million followers on Instagram , added: "When facing a weak mindset, poor choices, or low productivity, it’s best to retire early."
