The 24-year-old midfielder left fans surprised as he performed the Maroon 5 song 'She Will Be Loved' on Channel Nine prior to Gather Round, which kicks off on Thursday evening when the Crows face Geelong at Adelaide Oval.
However, Rankine quickly found himself embarrassed when his girlfriend, Calista Mittiga, disclosed the details of their initial meeting.
