Additionally, efforts should focus on integrating worker offspring into society at large and enabling their access to available amenities. Furthermore, emphasis needs to be placed on upgrading the skills of these workers.
 
 
 Commissioner Dhami emphasized that departments must provide information to ordinary citizens using simple and direct language. During presentations at the meetings, three key points ought to be explicitly stated: first, what actions have already been taken; secondly, if nothing has been accomplished, the reasons behind this failure; and thirdly, the proposed strategy moving forward. He also stressed that all recommendations made by board members should be incorporated into subsequent planning initiatives.
 
 
 During the meeting, it was mentioned that approximately 30 lakh workers are registered from the state.

 Among them, 1.7 million are women employees, and 1.3 million are men employees. Up until now, 2 million workers have been confirmed.
 
 
 Out of the 20 lakh certified workers, 2.5 lakh belong to the construction sector, with another 17.50 lakh falling into various other categories. The e-Shram portal has facilitated benefits under the Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana for 15 registered workers, providing them an accident insurance coverage of Rs 2 lakh. Under the PM Shram Yogi Maandhan Yojana, there are 39,567 registered workers, including 20,509 females and 19,058 males. (ANI)
