Dubai International Financial Center ( DIFC ) announced that residential sales at its upcoming Heights Tower will commence on April 16.
The Heights Tower, developed by DIFC Developments, stands on the last available plot within the initial DIFC area.
The mixed-use development is positioned as a new “live-work-play” destination and will offer a premium address at the heart of the Centre’s expanding international community.
The tower is next to the soon-to-be-completed Four Seasons Private Residences and offers direct entry into Gate Avenue, which is DIFC’s shopping and lifestyle hub.

Set to be completed by 2029, Heights Tower represents DIFC’s second residential project and serves as an important milestone in transforming the center into a comprehensive business and lifestyle destination.
This project encompasses 366 high-end residential units ranging from one-bedroom homes to four-bedroom penthouses. Additionally, it comprises seven levels designated as raw floor offices and commercial spaces tailored for food & beverage establishments and shops.
The living quarters encompass 32 stories.
Savills has been selected as the master broker responsible for bringing Heights Tower to the market.
This launch comes after multiple significant announcements from DIFC. in 2024 , underscoring its aim to draw international enterprises, inhabitants, and financiers.
