PETALLING JAYA: The Ministry of Finance has declared that the cost of RON97 and diesel in Peninsular Malaysia will decrease by five cents per liter next week.
The ministry stated that RON97 petrol in Peninsular Malaysia would cost RM3.28 per litre, whereas diesel would sell for RM2.98 per litre.
RON95 petrol remains priced at RM2.05 per litre, whereas diesel will be sold at the subsidized rate of RM2.15 per litre in Sabah, Sarawak, and Labuan.
These rates will remain applicable until April 16.
The ministry stated that the administration will keep an eye on international crude oil prices and implement necessary actions to safeguard public welfare and well-being.
