Washington D.C., [USA], April 11 (ANI): 'Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania' actor Kathryn Newton is all set to both star and produce the Amazon series ' Just One Day According to Deadline, this project is adapted from the Young Adult romantic novel series by Gayle Forman and includes two full-length books along with a subsequent novella.
Sherri Cooper and Jennifer Levin are set to adapt and develop the series.
As reported by Deadline, the description for the initial book, ' Just One Day In 2013, this publication told the story of Allyson Healey, who encounters a young man while traveling through Europe after finishing her studies.
According to the synopsis provided by Deadline, Allyson Healey’s existence mirrors her suitcase—neatly organized, meticulously scheduled. However, during the final day of her three-week graduation trip across Europe, she encounters Willem. This unbridled, wandering performer embodies all that Allyson isn’t. When he proposes for her to ditch her itinerary and join him in Paris, Allyson agrees without hesitation.
Her choice resulted in a day filled with adventure and passion. Nonetheless, they were quickly parted by unexpected events. Following this, Healey struggles to adjust at university because memories of Willem constantly haunt her.
Just One Day Released in August 2013, this narrative focuses on Allyson’s perspective, whereas Just One Year, which came out in September 2014, is narrated through Willem's viewpoint. This series has been distributed across 19 countries, with sales totaling nearly 1 million copies, according toDeadline.
