Jutta Ama Pokuah Addo was named Miss Ghana 2025 following an electrifying final competition that took place on Saturday, March 29, at the Avenue Event Center.
The celebration highlighted beauty, intellect, and ambition, adhering to the longstanding tradition of the pageant in uplifting young women.
The evening showcased captivating acts by Okyeame Kwame, Lucya, Acoustic Frey, and DJ Ryna, with Miss Ghana 2020, Monique Mawulawe, co-hosting alongside MC Mikay.
A 20-year-old student from the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA), and Wisconsin International University named Jutta Addo captivated the jury with her composure, articulacy, and dedication to causes, earning the crown for Miss Ghana 2025 along with a new automobile. Maud Anti Oduro claimed the position of first runner-up, followed by Melissa Mintah as second runner-up. Additionally, Jutta Addo received accolades for being the most photogenic contestant and for excelling in social media engagement/votes. She is set to represent Ghana at the upcoming Miss World event scheduled for May in India.
During the event, various accolades were bestowed upon different individuals: Maud Anti Oduro received the Most Beautiful Skin award; Emmanuella Kudjordji was honored with both Miss Fitness and Miss Top Model titles; Priscilla Nutornutsi won the Most Disciplined category; Melissa Mintah claimed the title of Miss Congeniality; Stella Saka earned recognition as Miss Talent; and Theresa Weyerane took home the Miss Eloquence honor. Additionally, the Miss Beauty With a Purpose prize was jointly awarded to Melissa Mintah, Jutta Addo, Naa Ayeley Hammond, and Nana Adjoa Enninful due to their significant contributions through community initiatives.
The gathering included prominent figures such as Nana Osim Kwatia II (the Chief of Amanokrom), Mr. Vittus Otto (HR Director at the Ministry of Tourism), and Madam Akuba Yankah (Managing Director of Bullet TV).
