LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - Authorities are looking into a break-in at a gas station in Lexington.

The Lexington Police Department reports that they received a call regarding an incident at the Lex Express located near the intersection of North Broadway and New Circle Road shortly after 3:30 a.m. on Friday.

Upon their arrival, they discovered the front door was damaged and a unspecified sum of money had been taken from the station.

The police mentioned that nobody sustained injuries; however, the suspect has yet to be pinpointed.
