MILWAUKEE - The Milwaukee police apprehended a suspect following a road rage incident where someone was shot and injured early Friday afternoon in the southern part of the city.

Around 11:20 a.m., close to the Mitchell Park Domes, law enforcement reported that an individual opened fire, hitting a 38-year-old person who then sought assistance at Milwaukee Police District 3.

The injured person was transported to a medical facility for a reportedly minor wound. The alleged perpetrator, a 23-year-old male, was apprehended, and authorities seized a firearm at the scene.
