The Vice President, JD Vance, once again engaged in a heated discussion on the social media site X. This time, he clashed with well-known artist Mikel Jollett regarding the Supreme Court’s decision mandating the administration to reinstate a Maryland resident who had been mistakenly expelled to a detention facility in El Salvador.
"The whole of the American media along with the progressive industrial sector have agreed that the top concern at present is that the Trump administration expelled an MS-13 gang member (who was also an undocumented immigrant)," Vanceartin wrote on X On Tuesday, they shared a video from the Oval Office depicting the Trump team forcefully addressing CNN correspondent Kaitlan Collins’ inquiry regarding the deportee, Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia.

"Trump is neither a dictator nor a monarch; he holds the office of President. A president must adhere to the decisions made by the Supreme Court. Should he fail to do so, he should be ousted from power. That’s how straightforward it is," Jollett emphasized.
Replying to Jollett, Vance said Are you suggesting we launch an invasion of El Salvador just to apprehend a gang member who has no legitimate claim to stay in our country? Could you point out where the Supreme Court ruling obligates us to take such action?
Jollett pushed the vice president for more information They said, “The decision explicitly indicates that you must undertake measures to assist with his repatriation and inform the court about your advancements. You possess numerous resources to accomplish this task without encroaching upon El Salvador’s sovereignty.”

"Of course, YOU ARE AWARE OF THIS since you graduated from Yale Law School. However, you are feigning ignorance and acting stupid in public. Our whole system relies on checks and balances, and you've just been outmaneuvered by the Supreme Court with a unanimous 9-0 decision," he remarked.
