Ridwan Kamil Kecewa Terhadap Petinggi Golkar Usai Asetnya Disita KPK

<p> <strong> </strong> Ridwan Kamil memberikan keterangan yang mengejutkan kepada para pemimpin Golkar usai beberapa propertinya diamankan oleh Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK). </p> <p> Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) dilaporkan sudah mengambil beberapa harta benda saat melakukan pencarian di kediaman Ridwan Kamil serta kantor salah satu bank milik negara. </p> <p> Demikian disampaikan oleh Plh Direktur Penyidikan KPK Budi Sokmo saat memberikan keterangan pada konferensi pers di gedung Merah Putih, Jakarta, pada hari Kamis tanggal 13 Maret 2025. Razia tersebut berkaitan dengan dugaan kasus suap yang melibatkan bank milik negara. </p> <p> Setelah melaksanakan pencarian di rumah Ridwan Kamil dan kantor suatu bank, Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi mengamankan beberapa item sebagai barang bukti. </p> <p> Budi mengatakan bahwa dalam kurun waktu tiga hari melakukan pencarian barang bukti, KPK berhasil mendapatkan beberapa dokumen, catatan yang berkaitan dengan penggunaan uang di luar anggaran resmi, serta berbagai harta benda. </p> <p> Uang yang bukan bagian dari anggaran resmi merupakan sejumlah dana di luar batas anggaran yang tak dicatatkan pada APBN maupun APBD. </p> <p> KPK pun telah berhasil mengidentifikasi semua pihak yang mendapatkan manfaat dari dana di luar anggaran tersebut. </p> <p> Barang bukti yang diamankan oleh Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) berkaitan dengan dugaan tindak pidana korups di salah satu bank milik negara di Jawa Barat meliputi beberapa dokumen transaksi keuangan berupa setoran tunai senilai sekitar Rp 70 miliar, motor dan mobil, properti tanah, serta gedung dan rumah. </p> <p> KPK menyita barang-barang itu karena dicurigai bahwa waktu dan cara memperolehnya berkaitan erat dengan kasus suap di Bank BJB yang tengah diselidiki oleh mereka. </p> <p> <strong> Pengakuan Ridwan Kamil </strong> </p> <p> Pada saat yang sama, Sekretaris DPD Partai Golkar Jawa Barat, Iswara menyatakan bahwa mantan gubernur Jawa Barat Ridwan Kamil sempat menghubunginya untuk memberikan suatu pengakuan. </p> <p> Iswara mengungkapkan bahwa Ridwan Kamil menyatakan dirinya tidak terlibat dalam skandal suap yang berkaitan dengan proses periklanan di salah satu bank milik negara. </p> <p> Iswara menyampaikan hal tersebut setelah berbicara dengan Ridwan Kamil pada Jumat (14/3/2025) malam. </p> <p> Terakhir, beliau mengatakan 'Insya Allah jika saya tidak terlibat dalam urusan itu,' demikian penjelasan Iswara di Ponpes Darussalam Ciamis, Jawa Barat, pada hari Sabtu, 15 Maret 2025. </p> <p> Iswara juga menyebutkan bahwa Ridwan Kamil menghubungi dirinya melalui nomor stafnya, bukan nomor telepon pribadinya. </p> <p> "Sampai saat ini, ketika menghubunginya selalu tak dapat dijangkau. Beliau menelepon melalui telepon genggam stafnya," jelasnya. </p> <p> Dalam panggilan telphon, Ridwan Kamil menyatakan dirinya tengah ada di Bandung. </p> <p> "Beliau dalam keadaan sehat dan berada di Bandung," ujar Iswara. </p> <p> Berdasarkan penjelasan Iswara, Ridwan Kamil menegaskan tekadnya untuk bersama-sama mendukung jalannya proses hukum yang sedang berlangsung di KPK. </p> <p> Meskipun demikian, sampai saat ini sang mantan gubernur Jawa Barat tersebut belum juga menerima jadwal untuk diperiksa dalam kasus suap yang menyangkut bank milik negara. </p> <p> "Beliau menegaskan bahwa pasti akan bersedia, bekerja sama, serta segala permintaan dari pihak penyidik nanti termasuk yang berasal dari KPK akan dipatuhi olehnya," jelasnya. </p> <p> Pada situasi tersebut, KPK belum mengidentifikasi posisi hukum Ridwan Kamil terkait dugaan suap dalam proyek periklanan di bank milik negara. </p> <p> Namun, KPK mengonfirmasi bahwa mereka akan mencegat Ridwan Kamil guna pemeriksaan lebih lanjut dalam kasus suap itu. </p> <p> Ridwan Kamil perlu dipanggil untuk melakukan pemeriksaan lebih lanjut mengenai bukti-bukti yang telah diamankan selama penggeledahan di kediamannya. </p> <p> KPK Segera Memanggil Ridwan Kamil Terkait Dugaan Skandal Suap Bank Milik Negara </p> <p> Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK), menurut Budi Sukmo, berencana untuk mengundang mantan Gubernur Jawa Barat Ridwan Kamil (RK). </p> <p> Ridwan Kamil dipanggil guna memberikan penjelasan lebih lanjut usai rumahnya di Bandung diperiksa pada Senin (10/3/2025). </p> <p> Namun begitu, Budi Sukmo mengatakan bahwa mereka belum memutuskan posisi hukum Ridwan terkait dengan kasus dugaan suap di salah satu bank milik negara. </p> <p> "Jika hingga kini posisi beliau masih terlibat dalam kasus ini dan tidak sebagai saksi, sebab belum ada panggilan untuk menjadi saksi," ungkapnya pada konferensi pers, Kamis (13/3/2025). </p> <p> "Kapan dia akan dipanggil? Nantinya kami pasti akan menghubunginya, sebab di tempat tinggal orang tersebut telah dilakukan pencarian petunjuk dan ada beberapa bukti yang sudah disita. Tentu saja hal ini perlu diklarifikasikan dengan pihak terkait," jelasnya. </p> <p> Tentang jadwal panggilan Ridwan, Budi hanya menyebut bahwa pemanggilan para saksi akan segera diatur. </p> <p> "Terkait dengan pemeriksaan tersebut, kami pasti akan memanggil semua saksi secepatnya berdasarkan temuan dari penyelidikan yang telah dilakukan," tegasnya. </p> <p> Untuk memastikan kembali tentang bukti yang telah kitaambil atau kita amankan di lokasi tersebut. </p> <p> Pada kesempatan tersebut, dia pun merespons pertanyaan jurnalis tentang apakah Ridwan Kamil sebagai pemilik saham di BJB berpartisipasi dalam proses pengambilan keputusan. Menurut Budi, tim mereka belum menemukan bukti atas hal itu. </p> <p> Selama proses investigasi yang telah kita jalankan sejak tanggal 20 Februari, kita belum menemukan bukti tersebut. </p> <p> "Proses yang dilakukan di sini hanya berkaitan dengan pemeriksaan penggunaan dana tersebut," jelasnya. </p> <p> KPK, melanjutkan dia, menginvestigasi siapa pun yang menerima dana dari dugaan kasus korupsi itu serta penggunaannya. </p> <p> Siapakah di antara penerima uang-uang tersebut dan bagaimana penggunaannya? Apakah telah terjadi perubahan wujudnya atau tidak? Hanya sampai tahap itulah informasinya. </p> <p> "Terkait dengan peran Saudara RK sebagai pemilik saham dalam pengambilan keputusan, kami belum bisa memberikan informasi itu sebab memang belum ditemukan bukti dalam tahap penyelidikan," jelasnya. </p> <p> <strong> Jokowi terkejut ketika rumah RK dicek </strong> </p> <p> Presiden nomor tujuh, Joko Widodo (Jokowi), memberikan komentarnya mengenai pemeriksaan rumah milik Ridwan Kamil yang dilakukan oleh petugas penyidik dari Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK). </p> <p> Jokowi menyatakan tidak mengetahui tentang masalah yang menimpa mantan tim suksesnya tersebut. </p> <p> Justru, Jokowi terkejut saat menerima informasi tentang penjarahannya tersebut. </p> <p> "Sangat terkejut," ujar Jokowi di Sumber, Banjarsari,Solo, Selasa (11/5/2025). </p> <p> Sebaliknya, Jokowi menekankan kepada Ridwan Kamil untuk tetap taat pada proses hukum yang ada jika kelak terdapat bukti keterlibatan dalam kasus dugaan tindakan rasuha </p> <p> "Iya, semua proses hukum harus kita junjung tinggi. Benar kan saya tidak mengerti," kata Jokowi. </p> <p> Sebagaimana telah diketahui, rumah tinggal Ridwan Kamil yang berada di Jl. Gunung Kencana, Kelurahan Ciumbuleuit, Kecamatan Cidadap, Kota Bandung, diserahkan kepada pemeriksaan oleh penyidik Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi dalam rangka kasus dugaan suap pada sebuah bank milik negara tempat dicurigai adanya peningkatan nilai dana iklan sebesar hingga Rp 200 miliar. </p> <p> Akan tetapi, KPK belum merilis hasil penyitaan usai melakukan pencarian di tempat tinggal RK. </p> <p> Di samping itu, badan pemberantasan rasuah belum mengumumkan apakah RK telah ditetapkan sebagai salah satu tersangka dalam kasus suap terkait bank yang dimiliki oleh BUMD Jawa Barat tersebut. </p> <p> Penjelasan pakar hukum </p> <p> Pakar hukum bisnis bernama Rio Christiawan mengungkapkan tuduhan terkait hubungan Ridwan Kamil dengan kasus tersebut. </p> <p> Rio mencurigai bahwa Ridwan Kamil memanfaatkan kekuasaannya ketika menjabat sebagai Gubernur Jawa Barat yang berpotensi mengarah pada dugaan suap atau korupsi di sebuah bank milik negara tersebut. </p> <p> Selanjutnya, ia menanyakan apakah dampak yang dihasilkan oleh Ridwan Kamil ikut dipergunakan untuk mendapatkan keuntungan pribadi. </p> <p> <br/> "Saat ia menjadi seorang pejabat pemerintah, pasti berdampak pada Bank BUMD Jawa Barat. Laporan tersebut menunjukkan adanya perbedaan besar antara anggaran yang diajukan dengan jumlah uang sebenarnya yang diterima oleh media, yakni mencapai Rp 28 miliar. </p> <p> Berikutnya, Kepala Eksekutif Utama (KEU) bank daerah itu, Yuddy Renaldi, memilih untuk mundur pada tanggal 8 Maret 2024 karena pertimbangan pribadinya. </p> <p> Meskipun demikian, sampai sekarang, KPK belum mengungkap rincian kasus termasuk pihak-pihak yang terlibat atau individu yang sudah dinyatakan sebagai tersangka. </p> <p> Meskipun begitu, Ketua KPK Setyo Budiyanto menyatakan bahwa tingkat kasus tersebut sudah ditinggikan menjadi tahap penyelidikan. </p> <p> "Iya, kita telah mengeluarkan surat penyelidikan," ujar Setyo di gedung Pusat Edukasi Anti-Korupsi KPK, Jakarta, Rabu (5/3/2025). </p> <p> Setyo menyebutkan pula bahwa KPK siap untuk berkolaborasi jika aparatur penegak hukum (APH) sebelumnya sudah memulai pengawasan atas perkara tersebut. </p> <p> "Bila benar mendapatkan informasi adanya anggota penegak hukum lain yang melaksanakan hal tersebut, maka tugas dari direktur penyidikan dan kasatgas adalah mengkoordinasikan masalah ini," jelas Setyo. </p>

S'abstenir servira uniquement ceux qui détiennent déjà le pouvoir ; ils méritent des sanctions. </p> <h3> DW: Monsieur le Premier ministre, le 10 mars dernier, dans une déclaration à la presse, vous aviez réclamé la tenue d'un procès pour l'épouse et le fils de l'ancien président Ali Bongo Ondimba, qui ont été arrêtés après le coup d'État du 30 avril 2023. Est-ce que ce n'est pas pour des fins ou à des fins électoralistes ? </h3> <p> <b> Alain-Claude Bilie By Nze: </b> Mais pas seulement la femme d'Ali Bongo et son fils. Toutes les personnes qui ont été incarcérées après le 30 août, doivent maintenant passer en procès. </p> <p> Cela fait déjà 18 mois. Personnellement, je ne mène pas campagne pour ou contre qui que ce soit ; mon combat est pour un État basé sur le respect du droit. Un tel État signifie qu’on n’emprisonne personne sans procès équitable. Le respect du droit implique également une justice forte et indépendante. En outre, dans cet état d'esprit, il serait injuste que l'État use sa puissance à des fins de vengeance personnelle. </p> <p> Ce procès va aider les Gabonais à connaître la vérité sur les événements survenus dans leur pays, depuis l'attaque vasculaire cérébrale d'Ali Bongo en octobre 2018 jusqu'au putsch du 30 août 2023. Swearing and personal attacks were uncommon, yet they invariably descended into a recognizable pattern: escalating noise levels, sharpened tones, fumbling over half-remembered facts, conceding that "this conversation isn’t getting us anywhere," only to dive back in again regardless. </p> <p> In time, both parties might come to see the pointlessness of our conflict and shift towards more secure topics for discussion, without either side claiming victory or achieving much else. Alternatively, we may completely disengage from this battlefield around the dining table, littered as it is with ineffective quips and discarded Quality Street wrappers. On occasion, I found myself uttering phrases such as, "It's beneficial to engage in these discussions," only to instantly feel remorseful about doing so. </p> <p> At some point over the last year or so, I made up my mind to stop struggling. I often come across stories of families and friends who are irreparably broken. I've witnessed this firsthand. I believe my natural inclination towards mediation might have stopped lasting harm within my own circles. However, if disputes continue without any chance of being resolved, then why bother? Engaging in such conflicts just leads to tension and resentment. I’d rather not deal with that. </p> <p> <span> Related: </span> The single alteration that made a difference: I detested every kind of physical activity – until I relocated to a large urban area and started walking for miles. </p> <p> Whenever triggers arise, I restrain myself by shifting topics or dismissing uncomfortable remarks with a laugh. I might respond with phrases such as: "Yes, it certainly is complicated," or: "This situation really is quite messy!" </p> <p> It’s not surprising that ever more polarised politics these days are straining friendships and family ties. Brexit, Trump, the climate and cost of living crises, as well as widening gaps in generational thinking, have bred resentment and entrenchment. I feel like we have become more suspicious of the morals and motivations of those we disagree with. </p> <p> I also think we tend to clash with the person we think sits across the aisle or the dinner table, assuming that they are more extreme in their views and political leaning than perhaps they are. Ad hominem arguments are even less effective when one’s true adversary isn’t actually in the room. </p> <p> There is merit in testing our beliefs, outside our bubbles, but there are ways to do that without threatening close relationships. Ducking out may look cowardly, not least when the stakes feel so high. I prefer to see myself as a conscientious objector. I try to look for common ground, rather than the battleground, and try harder to understand where people are coming from along the way. At the risk of sounding virtuous, it feels good. During his tenure, he led the organization to endorse Trump in 2024—a significant shift compared to 2016 when Burch co-signed a letter to Catholics stating, "Donald Trump clearly lacks the qualifications necessary to serve as president of the United States." </p> <p> At Tuesday's Senate confirmation hearing, the father of nine from Lombard spoke up for the President's policies and diplomatic efforts. </p> <p> "Then how would you account for the stance of the U.S.?
