- A minimum of four years' overall banking experience, including at least one year in sales, one year in customer service, and another year in credit analysis.
3. Surveillance and Performance Coordinator
The person in this role will implement, configure, and manage various monitoring tools like Instana, SolarWinds, ManageEngine, and i2000. This work facilitates early identification and swift resolution of problems.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a similar field.
- Certification in ITIL Foundation for professional qualifications.

4. Manager, Growth – International Francophone
The candidate will be responsible for the incubation and scaling to value of digital products across and within all Francophone international businesses (DRC, Rwanda, Burundi).

- Bachelor’s degree in any field from a recognized university Management is Required
- Professional Qualifications: Being a member of a relevant professional body is viewed as beneficial.
- Having a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Marketing, or a related field would be beneficial.
- A minimum of five years' experience is necessary.
5. Manager, Growth – Wealth & VAS, Digital Finance Solutions
The person in this role will oversee the development, implementation, and expansion of digital solutions across various sectors including insurance, investment banking, asset management, wealth management, and other non-banking affiliates.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
- Professional Qualifications: Membership in a Relevant Professional Organization would be beneficial.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Marketing, or a Related Field
- A minimum of five years of pertinent experience is necessary.
6. Senior Relationship Manager for Chinese Corporate Banking
This person will serve as the primary liaison for a specific group of Chinese clients within Corporate Banking. Their role includes fostering business development, overseeing the expansion and enhancing the profit margins of the Chinese market segment, and maximizing income generation.
Requirements:
- Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese.
- A degree from an accredited university.
- Having a master’s degree in business administration along with professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, and AKIB would be beneficial.
- At least seven (7) years of experience in the Financial Services/Banking industry, with at least five (5) years specifically in Chinese relationship management roles.
