Renault has introduced the 2025 ESpace globally. This SUV boasts an enhanced design language for a sleeker look. Featuring redesigned aesthetics, both the front and back now sport fresh lighting elements alongside a revised color palette. It will come equipped with either five or seven seating configurations.

The updated ESpace shares the same platform as both the Austral and the Rafale. This model comes fitted with an identical 197 horsepower hybrid system that promises a fuel efficiency allowing for approximately 1,100 kilometers per tank fill-up. While the internal combustion component generates 130 horsepower along with 205 Newton-meters of maximum torque, it also incorporates two electric engines each producing 70 horsepower alongside 205 Newton-meters of torque. Similar to what you'd find in the Astral and Rafale models, drivers can opt for four-wheel steering, reducing the vehicle’s turning circle diameter from 11.6 down to 10.4 meters. Moreover, enhancements have been made to the transmission system aimed at achieving quicker gear changes and improved responsiveness during acceleration.

The main changes can be seen in the external styling. Renault claims that this refreshed look provides the Espace with "a more contemporary feel." The new headlamps mimic those of the Rafale, and a recrafted grille showcases an elegant diamond motif. Furthermore, the hood and hatchback have undergone revisions, and the backlights now boast a crisper design, said to draw inspiration from tangram puzzles.

The interior features newly designed, more ergonomically shaped front seats, along with upgraded upholstery and improved acoustic insulation. A distinctive 'Solarbay' sunroof, spanning 1.7 meters long and 1.13 meters wide, comprises nine sections that can be darkened electronically or via the car’s voice-controlled Google Assistant function.

Additionally, a fresh camera positioned in the A-pillar can identify the driver. Once a profile is set up, it quickly grants access to favorite radio channels, customized seating settings, and commonly used Google apps.

The three available trim levels will include Techno, Esprit Alpine, and Iconic, and a convertible version is anticipated to launch shortly.

Renault Triber facelift spotted

The updated version of the Renault Triber has been seen during initial testing sessions, suggesting substantial modifications for the compact multi-purpose vehicle. Given that it’s currently the least expensive option with seating capacity for seven in India, the Triber is expected to receive comprehensive upgrades by the close of this year. A recent photograph taken from afar shows the prototype being transported on a truck bed, offering limited visual clues about changes made.

The picture mainly highlights the back third of the MPV. Even though the general design is likely to stay similar, the new Triber will come with refreshed taillights, an altered tailgate, and adjusted bumpers. Expect minor tweaks up front too; however, based on the test car, these modifications won’t differ significantly from those currently available.
