 Nevertheless, recent advancements in infrastructure are cutting down travel times and altering buyer inclinations. With improved infrastructure, employment opportunities arise; and when these positions become available, individuals have the chance to establish stable lifestyles. This process nurtures the emergence of dynamic neighborhoods as fresh prospects draw workers along with their families who aspire for security and progress.

 As job opportunities arise, individuals tend to relocate to these emerging regions, leading to an increased demand for retail spaces, recreational hubs, learning institutes, medical services, and various supporting infrastructures as well.

 Gradually, these neighborhoods thrive, providing inhabitants with an enhanced standard of living that mirrors urban amenities within a suburban setting. This attracts further growth beyond Metro Manila and enhances the regional economy.

 Traffic jams in Metro Manila
</h3>

 Metro Manila is famous for its heavy traffic, placing 27th in congestion levels and 14th in travel time among the 500 cities evaluated in the TomTom Traffic Index for 2024.
</p>
<p>
 According to the index, 127 hours are wasted annually during peak traffic times, and the typical journey takes 32 minutes and 10 seconds for every 10 kilometers within the capital region.
</p>
<p>
 Thanks to improved transportation options, home buyers are no longer limited to city cores. Areas such as Bulacan, Pampanga, Laguna, Cavite, and Batangas are experiencing increased interest as these regions grow more reachable from Metro Manila. The finishing touches on key infrastructure projects including the North-South Commuter Railway, Cavite-Laguna Expressway (CALEx), and Metro Manila Subway are rendering life beyond the metropolis increasingly appealing.

 Here are the criteria needed to qualify for the program:

  Having permission to work in the U.S.

 Applicants who are selected will get 25 percent initially to help with moving expenses. They'll receive an additional 25 percent following their initial half-year stay in the region, and the final 50 percent upon completing one full year there. The initiative states that the Shoals offer ideal conditions for telecommuters, featuring reasonably priced properties, minimal property tax rates, and generally lower living costs.

Centre Plans 120 KM Greenfield & Brownfield Corridor in Bihar: Four-Lane Project Costing Over ₹3,700 Crore

 The construction of a 120 km-long, four-lane greenfield and brownfield corridor from Patna to Sasaram in Bihar has been approved by the Cabinet Committee of Economic Affairs (CCEA), at an expected cost of Rs 3,712.40 crore, a government statement said on March 28.
</p>
<p>
 The four-lane, access-controlled Patna-Arrah-Sasaram corridor, also known as NH-119A, will be developed on Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM).
</p>
<p>
 "Currently, connectivity between Sasaram, Arrah and Patna relies on existing State Highways and takes 3-4 hours due to heavy congestion including in Arrah town. A greenfield corridor, along with 10.6 km of upgradation of existing brownfield highway, will be developed to reduce the increasing congestion, catering to the needs of densely built-up areas in places like Arrah, Grahini, Piro, Bikramganj, Mokar and Sasaram," the statement said.
</p>
<p>
 The corridor is expected to improve the connectivity between Lucknow, Patna, Ranchi, and Varanasi after completion, and will also generate 48 lakh man days worth of employment. The corridor is also expected open up news avenues of growth and development for the emerging regions in and around Patna, the statement said.

 The said project will also provide connectivity to the two airports as well, the Jay Prakash Narayan International Airport in Patna, and the upcoming Bihita airport, along with four major railway stations in Sasaram, Arrah, Danapur and Patna. The improved corridor will also provide better transport to the inland water terminal in Patna and improved direct access to the Patna Ring Road.

 The total land acquisition cost for the project is projected at Rs 718.97 crore.
