Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 7 oz strawberries
- 1.5 sheets of gelatin
- 2 tablespoons agave syrup
- 1/4 cup milk

Preparation

Step 1:
Rinse the strawberries, take off the stems, and cut them into pieces. Soak the gelatin sheets in a bowl of cold water for about 5-10 minutes.

Warm up the milk without allowing it to come to a boil. Remove the gelatine leaves from their soaking water and incorporate them into the warm milk. Mix thoroughly until they dissolve fully.

Into a mixer or blender, combine the yogurt, strawberries, agave syrup, and milk along with the gelatin. Continue blending until you achieve a smooth consistency. Strain this mixture using a fine-mesh sieve to eliminate the seeds for an even creamier result.

Transfer into separate molds and chill until set. For optimal results, prepare it a day ahead and savor it the following day.
