Shane Richardson admits the Wests Tigers might abandon one of their spiritual homes at Campbelltown Stadium unless an upgrade gets approved quickly.
Among several home fields utilized by the collaborative team, concerns have emerged that it might be overlooked because it doesn’t meet the required standards, as stated by the club.
The club, together with the NRL and Campbelltown Council, is aiming for an investment totaling $50 million over the coming three years and $100 million over the next ten years.

Improvements to the stadium would increase its capacity to accommodate 24,000 spectators and 1,500 corporate guests, with the Tigers aiming for a pledge from authorities by the end of June.
Should the upgrade be approved, the Tigers could compete in as many as nine matches per season at this venue for both their male and female teams.
On Wednesday, CEO Richardson stated that the present configuration at Campbelltown does not meet the standards required for NRL.

"We aim to use Campbelltown Stadium as part of our strategic plan," he stated.
Nonetheless, we are unable to proceed with this under the present stadium configuration.
A contemporary venue will generate essential income via corporate entertainment, improve the game day experience, and boost broadcasting worth.
As the game keeps progressing, Wests Tigers must also adapt.
