The very first question many parents often pose to their kids once they return from school is usually "How was your day?" All we're looking for is an insight into their well-being and perhaps some details about what transpired during their time at school.


 However, these discussions can be quite challenging. Typically, you might just receive a "good" or "fine" response (assuming you're fortunate enough to get even that).


 What makes kids hesitant to share what happened during their day, and how might you prompt them for more specifics?

 What makes children reluctant to speak?

 School can feel daunting due to the various social, academic, and physical challenges it presents.


 It could appear straightforward, yet providing an honest reply to "How was your day at school?" demands significant effort and judgment to condense experiences from a hectic day. Children might also shy away from answering if they believe their parents' reaction could be one of anger, concern, or bewilderment.


 Kids tend to feel hungry and exhausted right after school. Their primary thought often revolves around having a snack before engaging in conversation. Considering psychologist Abraham Maslow’s well-known hierarchy of needs, particularly his concept of the "
 hierarchy of needs
 ", basic needs such as hunger should be satisfied before focusing on communication and connection.


 Children have likewise not completely developed an
 theory of mind
 (An ability to empathize with what someone else may be thinking). As such, they could struggle to grasp why their parent is inquiring about school or exactly what information their parent is seeking.

 What steps should you take before having a conversation?
</h2>

 Here are various actions you can take to foster a richer dialogue with your kid.


 
 1. Consider the purpose:
 
 Consider whether you aim to collect details or just bond with your kid. A simple way to create a heartfelt connection might be saying "It's great to see you" when meeting them at the school entrance. If you're after more detailed insights, pose a straightforward query that doesn’t demand much thought from your child—for instance, asking "Did you take your spelling test today?" instead of posing broader questions like "What did you study?"


 
 3. Check your timing:
 
 Rather than questioning your child immediately after school, you might want to wait. More meaningful discussions could occur once they've unwound from their day by playing a favorite game and having a snack, perhaps during dinner or maybe even the following morning on the way to school.


 Consider establishing a ritual such as the "rose dinner" to assist your child in formulating their response. During this mealtime conversation, each person at the table recounts their day’s "thorn" (a challenging or bothersome event) followed by their "petal" (an enjoyable moment).


 
 3. Consider the space:
 
 Direct interactions can induce stress and seem akin to being interrogated. That's why it's typical for therapists to position their seating at a subtle angle, fostering a serene environment that makes it simpler to share challenging matters.


 Therefore, engage in activities alongside your child. This could include going for walks or drives, working on crafts, building LEGO structures, participating in sports, or preparing meals together. Your child might bring up something naturally—or you can initiate the dialogue by sharing details of your own day initially.

 To ensure a pleasant, secure setting for your child during the conversation, keep these additional four points in mind.


 
 1. Really listen:
 
 If your child starts talking, give them your complete focus and excitement (that means setting aside your phone). If you're preoccupied with formulating your response while they speak, this isn’t
 high-quality listening
 .


 Demonstrate your attentiveness by restating what they're saying or acknowledging their emotions. This assists them in feeling heard and comprehended.


 Should your kid share something significant with you and they feel like you're not backing them up or paying attention,
 you're making them less likely to open up in the future
 .


 
 2. Show compassion and curiosity:
 
 The desire to safeguard our children is powerful, yet rather than attempting to "fix" or instruct them during conversations, embrace moments of quietness and pose thoughtful inquiries. Curiosity.

 , enabling the child to have ownership of their own experiences and emotions instead of parents dictating how they should feel.


 For instance, instead of reacting with indignation ("that's awful of Nick!"), one might respond to "Nick said I can't play with him" with "how did that make you feel?"

 when your kid is speaking, pay attention to
 implicit strengths and values
 In what your child has shared, acknowledging an aspect of strength or skill can bolster their self-esteem. For instance, "It seems that made you feel upset because you care about justice."


 
 4. Follow up
 
 If your kid talks about future happenings, follow up with them. For instance, "a week ago, you said you were anxious about the basketball tryouts; how do you feel about it now?" This approach demonstrates that you've been paying attention.


 There isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach; every discussion varies based on those involved. Hence, feel free to try out these suggestions and observe which ones resonate best with you and your child.

 서울시교육청은 3일에 발표했으며, "올해 첫 번째로 초등학교 및 중학교와 고등학교 졸업 자격을 갖추는 데 필요한 검정고사를 오는 5일에 서울의 12곳 다른 시험 장소들에서 진행할 계획이다"라고 말했습니다.


 이 번 검정고시에는 초등학교 졸업자 476명, 중학생 졸업자 1016명, 그리고 고등학교 졸업자 3796명 등 모두 5288명이 응시 신청을 했습니다.


 장애인 지원자가 48명이고, 재소자 수는 50명입니다.


 용강중학교는 초등학교 졸업 후 검정고시를 치르는 장소이며, 중학생을 위한 것은 섟관중학교와 대명중학교입니다. 또한 고등학교 졸업 자격 시험인 고사를 보려면 신현중학교, 연희중학교, 잠신포함 교육청에서 지정된 9개의 학교들 중 하나에 응시해야 합니다: 신현중학교, 연희중학교, 잠신중학교, 신목중학교, 구암중학교 그리고 자양중학교가 포함됩니다.


 각 응시자들은 시험 날짜에 접수 증명서와 개인신원확인서를 가져야 합니다.


 답안 작성을 위해 초졸 응시자는 검은색 볼펜, 중·고졸 응시자는 컴퓨터용 수성사인펜을 준비해 시험 당일 오전 8시 40분까지 고사장에 입실해야 한다.


 수험표를 분실한 경우 신분증과 원서접수 시 제출한 사진과 동일한 사진을 1매 지참하면 고사장 시험관리본부에서 다시 발급받을 수 있다.


 중증장애인들이 고사장을 방문하는 것이 어렵기 때문에 '출석형 검정고시' 프로그램을 실시하여 2명의 지원자가 집에서 시험을 보기로 되어 있습니다. 또한 교도소에 있는 수감자들을 위해서는 독립된 장소에서도 시험이 진행됩니다.


 시험이 있는 날에는 고사장을 방문하는 자동차를 주차하지 못하기 때문에 대중 교통을 활용해야 합니다. 또한 시험 중에 핸드폰과 같은 통신 기계물을 들고 있으면 부정 행위로 판단되므로 주의가 필요합니다.


 합격 결과를 확인하는 것은 5월 8일에 서울시교육청 웹사이트에서 가능합니다.

 子どもを持つ保護者にとって、学校給食の存在は栄養バランスのいい食事の重要さと楽しさを知ってもらえる、ありがたい仕組みです。日本において学校給食は、学校給食法などの法律によって小学校、中学校、義務教育学校、特別支援学校などの学校設置者に、実施の努力義務が課せられています。 通常、給食費は授業料とは別途で徴収されることが多いですが、一方で給食費を無料としている自治体もあります。その場合、有償の場合と比較していくらくらいの節約になるのか、気になる方もいることでしょう。本記事では、公立の小中学校における給食費について解説します。

 公立小中学校の「給食無償化」を実施する自治体が増えている
</h2>

 給食費は長らく有償であることが続いていましたが、保護者の経済的な負担を軽減することを主な理由として、近年は公立小中学校において給食費の無償化を実施する自治体が増えています。また、これには少子化対策や、定住・転入の促進及び地域創生を理由とする側面もあります。


 文部科学省の調査によると、全国1794自治体のうち、およそ半分となる775の自治体が令和5年度中に給食費の無償化をすでに実施または予定していると発表しています。


 また、こども家庭庁が中心となって策定・推進している「子ども未来戦略」の方針に沿って、給食費の全国的な無償化の動きもあり、これは多くの保護者にとって見逃せない方針転換といえるでしょう。

 学校給食費の月額平均は？
</h2>

 学校給食費の額は自治体によって幅がありますが、令和5年時点で文部科学省が調査した内容によると、公立の小学校では月額平均4688円、公立の中学校では月額平均5367円となっています。この調査は、完全給食を実施している公立小中学校を対象にしたもので、月額は年間の食材費相当額を11ヶ月で除した額で計算されています。


 なお、同じく文部科学省のデータによると令和3年度の調査では、小学校の月額平均が4477円、中学校の月額平均が5121円でした。およそ2年で、それぞれ200円以上も値上がりしていることが分かります。


 給食費が値上げされた理由としては、産地の天候不順などによって、小麦粉、米、牛乳などの食材の卸売価格が上昇していることにより、やむを得ず値上げに踏み切ったケースが多いと考えられます。

 義務教育期間で見た学校給食費の負担は？
</h2>

 では、最後に前述した学校給食費の月額平均のデータをもとに、小学校6年間と中学校3年間の義務教育期間に給食費を支払った場合の総額を算出してみましょう（長期休みは考慮しないものとする）。令和5年時点の金額を計算すると、小学校6年間で33万7536円、中学校3年間で19万3212円、合計で53万748円という結果になりました。


 公立の小中学校の場合、子どもを学校に通わせるための費用は給食費の他にも、教材費や校外学習費、部活の費用などさまざまです。学習費総額から学校給食費の割合を示したデータでは、公立小学校では給食費が全体費用の10%ほど、公立中学校は全体費用の6%ほどという結果になっていました。


 結果として、義務教育期間での学校給食費の負担は決して少ない金額ではなく、無償化によって保護者の負担は大きく軽減されることが分かりました。

</h2>

 このように、給食費による保護者の負担は、平均して義務教育期間全体を合計すると50万円以上にものぼることが分かりました。子どもを学校に通わせるためにはさまざまな費用が必要となるため、費用を抑えたいと考える人には給食費の無償化は大きなメリットと言えるでしょう。


 一方で、無償化になることで新たな財源の確保が必要になるなど、課題も残されています。今後、どのように財源やサービスの品質を維持していくかというポイントを整理することが、大きな鍵となりそうです。

 Perlu diingat bahwa pendaftaran untuk sekolah kedinasan tahun 2025 yang direncanakan pada bulan Maret masih belum dibuka. Tetapi, sesuai dengan proses seleksi dari tahun 2024, pembukaan pendaftaran diperkirakan akan dimulai dalam waktu dekat yaitu antara akhir April sampai pertengahan Juni.




 Berdasarkan informasi dari Badan Kepegawaian Nasional (BKN), ada sebanyak 161.216 calon pendaftar yang mengajukan aplikasi untuk ikut serta dalam seleksi kelembagaan pendidikan pada tahun 2024.


 Politeknik Keuangan Negara (STAN) merupakan sekolah kedinasan yang paling banyak diminati oleh para calon mahasiswa, di mana jumlah peserta melamarnya mencapai angka 38.355 orang.

 Setelah istirahat awal bulan puasa, sekarang para murid sedang menjalani proses belajar mengajarkan di sekolah saat Ramadhan tahun 2025.


 Berikut adalah jadwal liburan awal bulan Puasa tahun 2025 menurut SEB dari para Menteri: mulai tanggal 27 hingga 28 Februari serta 3 sampai dengan 5 Maret 2025 untuk semua pelajar.


 Walaupun tidak bersekolah, para murid masih melanjutkan proses belajar mereka sendiri di sekitar rumah, tempat ibadah, serta dalam masyarakat sesuai tugas yang diberikan oleh sekolah, madrasah, ataupun institusi pendidikan agama masing-masing.


 Pada saat proses belajar mengajar secara langsung di sekolah berlangsung, para murid diharapkan dapat terlibat aktif dalam kegiatan-kegiatan yang memperkuat keyakinan dan ketakwaan mereka, melahirkan sifat-sifat luhur, meningkatkan keterampilan kepemimpinan, serta partisipasi dalam gerakan sosial untuk membentuk karakter istimewa.

 Kalender cuti sekolah untuk Idul Fitri tahun 2025
 


 Liburan Idul Fitri tahun 2025 untuk pelajar mengalami berbagai kali revisi. Pada awalnya, Kementerian merilis Surat Edaran Nomor 3 yang menetapkan bahwa cuti besar akan dimulai pada tanggal 26 Maret 2025.


 Menurut laporan Kompas.com pada hari Kamis, 13 Maret 2025, SEB itu telah di-update dan mengumumkan bahwa cuti Lebaran untuk tahun 2025 dimulai sejak tanggal 24 Maret 2025 bagi para pelajar.


 Akan tetapi, SEB diubah lagi dan pada akhirnya memutuskan untuk menggeser libur Lebaran lebih awal sebanyak tiga hari, yaitu menjadi tanggal 21 Maret 2025.


 Maka demikianlah, para murid hanyalah akan menghadiri aktivitas belajar tatap muka di sekolah hingga 20 Maret 2025.


 Maka keseluruhan peserta didik akan mendapatkan cuti panjang selama bulan Ramadhan tahun 2025 yang berlangsung hampir 19 hari.

 If you don't add a more specific form of praise onto the end, "good job" can be a "conversation ender," Kennedy said on a

 of "The Tim Ferriss Show" that aired last month. Ask follow-up questions to show your kid that your praise is sincere, and highlight the positive behavior that you want them to build on, she recommended.

 build their confidence

 and prevent them from relying on external validation, helping them become more successful later in life, said Kennedy, who has a PhD in clinical psychology from Columbia University and hosts the "Good Inside" parenting podcast.


 "In those moments, we want as parents to double down on building our kid's confidence. That's usually the goal we're optimizing for," said Kennedy,


 To be clear, the phrase "good job" isn't itself harmful, Kennedy said. But if your school-aged child brings home a research paper they're proud of, asking specific questions and showing genuine interest is more likely to build their confidence, whether you say those two words or not, she noted.


 A parent of three children herself, Kennedy admitted that the advice "sounds annoying at first ... [But] anything that helps your kid share more about themself actually ends up feeling better to your kid."

 , which means they'll believe in their own abilities and be more likely to challenge themselves in pursuit of their goals, developmental psychologist and author Aliza Pressman wrote for Make It last year.


 Like Kennedy, Pressman agreed that parents don't need to eliminate the phrase "good job" from their vocabularies completely — but it should always be followed by specific praise.


 "When we say 'Good job!' it's got to be sincere and specific. Tell kids when you recognize their real effort, persistence, creativity, independence, and competence," Pressman wrote.


 As for self-validation — learning how to validate oneself without waiting on generic praise from someone else — Kennedy considers it one of the most important core skills children need to learn to eventually succeed as adults, she said.


 Kids who grow up relying on the outside world for validation can be "very empty and very fragile [and] very, very anxious," Kennedy said. "What's really helpful down the road is when you produce something — maybe it's art, maybe it's a [work] project — and being able to give yourself some estimation of that before others do is very helpful to your whole self-concept and protective of anxiety and depression."
