He was previously hiding in the United Arab Emirates and came to the Netherlands in the hope of defending the former president," the description of the petition wrote. </p> <p> The online petition was addressed to the Dutch Immigration and Naturalization Service. </p> <p> "Roque is not only unqualified for asylum in a great free country like the Netherlands. He also does not meet the formal requirements for asylum. Furthermore, he is misusing the Dutch asylum system to evade justice from the House of Representatives, evade questions about his sudden wealth, his involvement in the now banned Philippine Offshore Gaming Operators, and alleged links with human trafficking operations," it added. </p> <p> The petition starter, Joel Vega, said in a Facebook post on Friday that he also wrote a separate letter addressed to the director general of the Dutch office, Rhodia Maas. </p> <p> Roque served as Duterte's spokesman during his presidency and was also in the Netherlands, supposedly to serve as the former leader's legal counsel. </p>

Karena mereka mengekspos kebohongan tersebut. Andreas Situngkir sebenarnya adalah jastiper dan bukan dokter. </p> <p> <strong> Sosok Doktif </strong> </p> <p> Berdasarkan investigasi oleh Tribunsumsel.com, tokoh yang disebut Doktif ini dipercaya erat mungkin adalah seorang dokter dengan nama Amira. </p> <p> Dia memiliki beberapa klinik kecantikan yang menggunakan mereknya sendiri. </p> <p> Dirinyalah yang telah mendirikan klinik itu sejak 13 tahun yang lalu, tepatnya pada tahun 2009, di Serang, Banten. </p> <p> Dr. Amira berasal dari Surabaya ori. </p> <p> Bukan hanya itu, diketahui juga bahwa Dr. Amira telah berkeluarga. </p> <p> Pasangannya juga merupakan individu yang tidak biasa, bekerja sebagai seorang ahli hukum ternama. </p> <p> Informasi itu terungkap melalui unggahan di akun Instagram @feriyust. </p> <p> Teuku Nasrullah adalah suami dari dokter Amira. </p> <p> <strong> Awal Perseteruan </strong> </p> <p> Sengketa tersebut dimulai ketika Dokatif, sebenarnya bernama Amira Farahnaz, memposting kritikan tentang Andreas di jejaring sosial. </p> <p> Pada postingannya, Doktif mengatakan bahwa Andreas telah menyalahgunakan jabatannya sebagai seorang dokter dengan meluncurkan layanan jastip untuk produk perawatan kulit asal Bangkok, Thailand. </p> <p> Dosen mengoreksi keabsahan produk itu serta menanyakan apakah barang impor tersebut telah mendapatkan persetujuan dari BPOM RI untuk didistribusikan. </p> <p> "Bila berasal dari Bangkok, apakah memiliki persetujuan edar dari BPOM RI?" tanya Doktif dalam postingannya. </p> <p> Doktif juga berpendapat bahwa seorang dokter tidak sepatutnya ikut campur dalam jenis usaha seperti itu. </p> <p> Menurut dia, dokter perlu mengerti aturan tentang penyebaran barang-barang perawatan kulit, khususnya yang datang dari luar negeri, untuk menjaga para pembelinya. </p> <p> Pernyataan itu pun memicu diskusi di platform-media-sosial, tempat sekelompok orang berpihak pada Doktif, sedangkan kelompok lainnya mengkritik kiriman-nya karena dinilai serangan-pribadi terhadap Andreas Situngkir. </p> <p> Setelah unggahan Doktif tersebut, Andreas Situngkir menganggap profesi dan nama baiknya direndahkan hingga ia memutuskan untuk melaporkan hal ini kepada Polda Sumatera Utara pada Oktober 2024. </p> <p> Laporan itu diregistrasi dengan kode LP/B/1400/X/2024, mengandung tuduhan pelanggaran Pasal 27A UU ITE yang berkaitan dengan pencemaran nama baik serta serangan terhadap martabat seseorang. </p> <p> Kuasa hukum dari Andreas Situngkir, yaitu Julianus P Sembiring, membenarkan bahwa status Doktif kini telah secara resmi dinyatakan sebagai tersangka dalam perkara tersebut. </p> <p> "Di tanggal 17 Maret 2025, kami menerima laporan resmi dari Polres Tabes Medan lewat SP2HP.
