, JAKARTA — Sekitar dua minggu setelah bertemu dengan Presiden Prabowo Subianto di Istana Kepresidenan, para konglomerat dalam negeri memulai gerakan mereka dengan mengadakan transaksi saham di pasar modal walaupun Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) tengah menunjukkan fluktuasi yang signifikan.


 Baru-baru ini, pembelian besar-besaran saham telah dijalankan oleh Garibaldi Thohir yang lebih dikenal sebagai Boy Thohir bersama dengan Grup Barito Prajogo Pangestu.


 Kedua konglomerat itu terdaftar sebagai bagian dari elit bisnis nasional yang berpartisipasi dalam pertemuan dengan Presiden Prabowo Subianto pada tanggal 6 dan 7 Maret 2025.


 Secara personal maupun melalui perusahaannya yakni PT Trinugraha Thohir (TNT), Garibardi Thohir mengembangkan kehadiran mereka di lantai bursa dengan membeli saham dari PT Adaro Andalan Indonesia Tbk. (AADI) yang mencapai jumlah keseluruhan 7,3 juta saham.


 Pemimpin utama dari PT Alamtri Resources Indonesia Tbk. (ADRO) menyampaikan bahwa pembelian pada saat fluktuasi IHSG sedang meningkat dilakukan berdasarkan kepercayaan akan dasar-dasar ekonomi nasional serta kinerja operasional perusahaannya.


 Maka Boy menyampaikan bahwa penurunan indeks saham lokal belakangan ini bukanlah alasan bagi para investor dan pemain pasar untuk menahan diri dari ekspansi pada portofolio mereka di bursa efek.

 Pada saat yang sama, Prajoko Pangestu mengampanyekan peningkatan kepemilikannya pada saham PT Barito Renewables Energy Tbk. (BREN), dengan pembelian terakhir sebanyak 1,77 juta saham BREN.


 Berdasarkan data yang tersedia, Prajogo diketahui telah melakukan pembelian sebesar 1,77 juta saham BREN pada tanggal 18 Maret 2025 dengan harga Rp4.987 per saham ketika saham BREN mengalami penurunan hingga 11,79%. Akibatnya, investasi ini membutuhkan dana dari Prajogo senilai Rp8,82 miliar.


 "Transaksinya bertujuan sebagai investasi pribadi," demikian tertulis dalam laporan terbuka oleh Corporate Secretary BREN Merly pada hari Rabu (19/3/2025).


 Prajoko juga sudah rajin membeli saham BREN sebelumnya. Misalnya pada tanggal 4 Maret 2025, dia melakukan pembelian 1,3 juta saham BREN dengan hargaRp6.077 setiap saham. Sementara itu, bulan sebelumnya, tepatnya pada 25 Februari 2025, Prajoko telah mengakuisisi 1,5 juta saham BREN di harga Rp6.272 tiap saham.


 Secara keseluruhan, Prajogo sudah mengakuisisi 4,57 juta saham BREN selama tahun 2025 yang sedang berlangsung. Pembelian saham BREN oleh Prajogo pada tahun ini dilakukan dengan harga antara Rp4.987 hingga Rp6.272 untuk setiap sahamnya.


 Kepemilikan saham Prajogo di BREN pun kian menebal menjadi 135,45 juta atau porsi 0,1% dengan status kepemilikan saham langsung.

 Legal & Corp. Secretary General Manager PT Chandra Asri Pacific Tbk. (TPIA) Erri Dewi Riani melaporkan bahwa Prajogo Pangestu menjual 23.205.400 saham TPIA pada periode 3—7 Maret 2025. Transaksi penjualan itu dilakukan pada harga rata-rata Rp7.217 per saham.


 Apabila dikalkulasi, Prajogo Pangestu mengantongi dana hasil penjualan saham TPIA sebesar Rp167,47 miliar.

 Menurut Yassierli, penandatanganan kontrak kerja bagi eks karyawan Sritex dengan investor ini tidak lepas dari peran Tim Kurator untuk membuka kembali operasional PT Sritex grup.


 "Sehingga dengan sendirinya terbuka juga peluang kesempatan bagi eks pekerja Sritex grup untuk bekerja," katanya.


 Yassierli menilai kembalinya beroperasinya Sritex dengan investor baru merupakan kolaborasi berbagai pihak.


 "Alhamdulillah, kemajuan yang menakjubkan ini terjadi. Saya juga sangat berterima kasih karena sebuah kerjasama luar biasa dapat menyaksikan semua ini secara langsung," katanya.


 Namun, Yassierli enggan menyebutkan siapa saja para investor baru yang tertarik untuk menghidupkan kembali operasional aset Sritex setelah kebangkrutan. "Data-nya ada. Kami akan merilis data tersebut segera," ujarnya.


 Mengenai pertanyaan tentang kapan mantan pegawai Sritex tersebut akan memulai pekerjaannya lagi, Yassierli mengarahkan hal itu ke pihak investor.


 "Maka kami melihat kemajuan yang sangat luar biasa. Kontrak tersebut telah selesai. Tentunya untuk memulai akan ada persiapan berkaitan dengan operasional selanjutnya. Kami akan menyerahkannya kepada investor di masa depan," jelasnya.


 Yassierli menyertakan kunjungan mendadak ke Sritex guna mengamati secara langsung serta memverifikasi ketersediaan seluruh hak-hak para pegawai terkait dengan implikasi bangkrutnya kelompok perusahaan Sritex.


 "Menurut laporan yang telah saya terima serta apa yang saya amati sendiri hari ini, semuanya berlangsung dengan lancar dan tenang," ucapnya.


 Menurut Yassierli, hal tersebut juga tak lepas dari peranan aktif dan berkontribusi serikat pekerja atau serikat buruh di dalam Sritex Group.

Should a downturn in the property market lead to significant drops in prices, these assumptions might prove insufficient. This could force Phoenix to reassess the value of its mortgage book, potentially reducing profit margins.


 Looking ahead over the longer term, however, I believe the established enterprise still holds considerable promise.
